It would be a major miracle if they were to move on. As far as today goes, they have to beat Haifa and hope that Bordeaux beats Juventus. First is most likely, second is probable.

Oh, and just so everyone knows..Porto already clinched their spot, so their match today against Atletico is meaningless

You'll be happy to know that Bayern most likely just clinched a spot in the next round, they went up 3-1 in the 83rd... :thumb:

They do a draw for the first knockout stage, right? And the winners of each group cannot face each other right? Has to be a 2nd place vs. a 1st place. Porto and Bayern both finished second, so they couldn't meet until the second knockout stage. I'm okay with that.

Yeah, group winner and group runner-up for the first knockout round, "randomly" (if you believe UEFA) drawn together so that two teams from the same group and federation do not meet. And yeah, I'd take a meeting in the quarterfinals, as well.

Same way most Americans jump on a European teams' bandwagon..I saw them play in Porto!
My wife took me to Portugal a couple years back and we ended up getting engaged in Porto. :thumb:

PSV Eindhoven is my second fav team because....wait for it...I saw them play in Eindhoven!

I've seen a handful of other European teams play on U.S....but fuck them. And I watch FSC and Gol TV religiously, but that's not the same thing
