I'd spend a lot of money on stiffy pills. But, she like Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh is missing something here. They appear to think the opposition to Donald Trump is the Republican "Establishment." It's partially true. Yes, the Republican "Establishment" is against Trump. But what they are missing is that an awful lot of people who have historically been "insurgent" Republicans are ALSO vehemently anti Trump.

And Romney was spot on with his assessment of what Trump is.

As I've written before, my wife is not "establishment." She was recruited a few years back to run against the "establishment" candidate. She is a Ted Cruz supporter. Whatever you think of Cruz, he is not a favored son of the Republican Establishment.

In the context of the Republican Party, she is not "establishment" at all. She is "insurgent."

In any case, it is NOT just the Republican "establishment" that doesn't want Trump. An awful lot of people who have historically been referenced as being the Republican "base" that was viewed as so unruly don't want him either. And it's not just that they'd rather have some other candidate they favor. They DESPISE trump and absolutely will NOT support him in a general election.

It's not my party, though as a practical matter i view the Republican Party as the only thing that can effectively stem the destructive influence of the Democratic Party so I will pretty much always vote Republican.
