Can we finally have an open and honest discussion about multiculturalism instead of going through the same routine of the left getting their asses handed to them in the gun control debate while telling us we need new laws that wouldn't have prevented the events use to justify the laws just 'cause "well it's better than doing nothing"? Well, I already know the answer to that question but I'm just throwing the idea out there.
I know people who are Muslims, probably more than most Americans. They have advanced STEM degrees and contribute and are in many ways assimilated and western. I don't mind them. Right now the liberal left is happy to call everyone that doesn't think like them on immigration xenophobic and/or racist and exploit the hell out of the issue for political gain, but there
will be a reckoning down the road that the myopic diversityphiles are too blind to see.
These second-generation immigrants from Latin America and Arab countries are going to be voting, and many of them have attitudes towards things like birth control, abortion, and LGBT folks that they aren't going to like. Right now the donks can bring them under their tent and win elections, but how long will that last? It's eventually going to bite them in the ass. It's not just the color of America that's changing.
