from the SPUSA Statement of Principles....
THE SOCIALIST PARTY strives to establish a radical democracy that places people's lives under their own control
Many Conk and Donk ideals in there.

If the workers are "in a key and central position to fight back against the ruling capitalist class and its power", what incentive does that ruling class have to improve products, which improve profits, which is where pay increases and better benefits for the workers come from?
Pay increases are bourgeois.
If "the production of society is used for the benefit of all humanity", how do the workers performing the production get paid, since lots of humanity cant pay for stuff???
Local government councils, filled with workers, decide pay.
What incentive does this society give to someone with wealth to risk that wealth on research and development of new products that could benefit society, if the very workers are going to fight back against this wealthy persons capitalist class?
The wealthy class will be pushed to the side, hopefully, non-violently, and research and development will be performed by other workers earning an equitable wage.
Just a few thoughts that I'd love to see your answers for.....

ALL violations of the United States Constitution, but what does Obama care about the Constitution for? Remember, "it's flawed". fuckstick he is!Cap'n Cat wrote:Col Hogan wrote:There are thousands of questions....here's just a few

That quote will be on Obama's tombstone at the rate he's going.JoltinJoe wrote:This stuff always looks great on paper.
But when you centralize so much political and economic power, megalomaniacs are drawn to it like bugs to a light. And in the battle for power, the Stalins always defeat the Trotskys.
And even if the Trotskys win, they become the Stalins. As Lord Acton observed, "Power corrupts; and absolute power corrupts absolutely."

It is human nature for the over-achievers (both the good and the greedy) to gravitate to where they can achieve and be rewarded for achieving. Many of the individuals running corporations in a capitalist society would be the ones running the state bureacracy in a socialist society.
I for one much prefer the "bad times" we're going through now to what people had to put up with in the USSR.

Sharia law has a lot in common with fascism. If you or your family member is in a gulag, I don't think it makes much difference whether it's a Bolshevik or a Nazi gulag.SuperHornet wrote:I know we all focus on Obama being a closet Commie.
