Actual political experience: check
Look like Obama and RFK: check

My biggest concern with Booker, Kamala or Beto is how much experience do they really have running something? There is a huge difference between running a Congressional staff and running the US government. A governor is significantly more qualified to be President than a Senator or Representative. Booker's experience as a mayor gives him an edge. What exactly is Beto's "businessman" background?

Trump had plenty of experience running things (mostly into the ground) and look how that worked out.

But I think their politics are poisonous ... and what makes them dangerous is the fact that they ARE smart

It's amazing how something totally incorrect like that 1/1024th thing has gotten embedded in the public consciousness. You have to just kind of throw up your hands though. Having said that, she would not be a strong national candidate. She might be able to beat Trump anyway because he's such an atrocity and SO unpopular with the majority of the people. But I hope the Democrats will come up with a better national candidate.

She doesn't have it - not in a meaningful sense. Anyone who knows anything about the Nation knows that her claim to Cherokee heritage is spurious, and the fact that she even took the test proves it. As does her .0001 ml of Injun blood

I have not lied about anything. And where did you get that take? From the Daily Wire? If so notice, for instance, that they quote her then make a big deal about her not being married by a Justice of the Peace. But she didn't say she was married by a Justice of the Peace. And they end up admitting that they don't know that she didn't elope.

If you look at the analysis by the Native American woman they cite it does not at all demonstrate that she was lying. It's a lot of speculation. Here is an example of the kind of thought process involved:

Every high school student that attended the debate was not mentioned but Pauline, Donald and Alyne were. Since we already know Pauline and Donald later married and that Alyne was their witness, it is not a stretch to assume these three were good friends while in high school and that both Donald and Alyne attended the debate to watch Pauline. It is also not a stretch to assume Donald and Pauline did not have to hide their relationship from his purportedly racist parents since his attendance at her debate was published in the newspaper.

"assume"...."assume"..."not a stretch" so on and so forth.

There is absolutely nothing out there which shows she lied about her parents eloping or their reasons for doing it.

This right wing echo chamber stuff has got to stop. If the right wants to win the battle of ideas it has to start dealing with the truth instead of with this kind of crap.

Here's the deal with the state of the conservative movement right now:

It exists within an echo chamber whereby the truth doesn't matter. It's all about whether or not what's stated supports a particular conservative point of view. Like with this Warren thing right now the bottom line from FactCheck.org is this:

Warren has released a report of a DNA test that claims to “strongly support” her statement that she has Native American ancestry, and no one has proved that she was ever hired because of her racial background.

So then conservatives will say "FACTCHECK.ORG is liberal!"

So you can go to something like mediabiasfactcheck and see that Factcheck.org is rated as "least biased" with a "very high" accuracy rating. See https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/factcheck/.

But then, since it doesn't comport with the pre-existing wish for conservatives to believe what they want to believe, you get "Media Bias Fact check is liberal!" And on an on. It doesn't matter what you come up with. Conservatives start off nowadays determined to believe what they want to believe and facts be damned.

It's a bad situation. And I say that as a conservative trying to get my fellow conservatives to snap out of it.
