Should the President of the United States

tell US elected officials to go back where they come from Mr. Border Patrol Agent?

:geek:

you're going to defend that..?
Probably not.

But if his wife was a 1st gen American hating antisemite, bashing the US, someone should tell her the same thing. But she’e has shown a ALOT more appreciation for the US than the Somalian twit..

Not a martyr, not at all. Just one of tens of millions who hasn't lost sight about what America is striving to become. It's not a perfect union, but I want to be a minuscule part in achieving that promise.

I never thought racism and sexism and all this garbage would increase as I grow older, but here we are and I can't change history. But I can try, in whatever small way I can, to pass away in an America which is better for liberty than the one I was born into.

Ultimately, I'll be forgotten. You too. We all will. America, whether successful or failed, will not be.

My legacy, yours too, is a successful America...not to capitalism or any economic system, but to liberty.

They're storming the border because we fucked things up where they live. Dumbass. And I sure hope that our empire has not crumbled to the point where we have to stop killing ragheads just to make some bank trafficing children.

I don't think Trump is doing this by accident - if there are two issues he wants people talking about into 2020 it's the economy & immigration.

They see the ugly side of Trump in themselves and fear confronting it. Take away economic conservatism, there's very little to justify the racism, sexism, lying, corruption, concentration camps, etc.

Rather than taking a moment to think "Maybe that was awful, maybe I'm kinda awful and need to re-evaluate how I see the world," they prefer to dig in and accuse everyone else of misunderstanding them.
Just STFU with the concentration camps. This why you leftists lose so goddamn much and are such a pain in the ass. You make irrational comparisons to stoke fear. Stick to the facts.

I'm in no way defending Trump or his policies. These people aren't not American citizens being rounded up, trucked to facilities where they will not bed fed or cared for; where they'll work in factories or farms as well as be systematically murdered. That is the a concentration camp.

These people are in detention facilities b/c they illegally entered. I don't like the conditions as much as you and I sure as shit don't approve of separating children from families. But the analogy to a concentration camp is intellectually dishonest and you're only using it to further attempt to compare Trump to Hitler. Which again, is intellectually false and dishonest. It's fear mongering. Stick the facts.

Unless I missed it, I didn't see live video from AOCs and the other Dems visits that prove everything they say. I'm just supposed to take their word for it? For the record, the Republicans would have to have a live stream as well for me to believe.

Better yet, have the Democrats go in with Fox News Live and the Republicans with CNN Live and then MAYBE I'll believe what is really happening. So far I have to take the word of BIASED politicians and BIASED media personalities and reporters.

Seems to me the conditions are more like a slum, not a death camp. But, that doesn't help convince the idiots drones of the Democratic Party understand how bad the conditions are.

That’s quite an achievement.
I want an economic change in line with America's promise of liberty. If you think it's socialist fight for an economic system which values education, healthcare, the environment, technology, and infrastructure over the military and corporations...so be it. But remember, there's nothing about socialism, capitalism, or communism in the Constitution. It promises liberty and democracy and a power to the people.

You on the other hand care nothing for these promises. And for what? Money? Power? Feeling like you're more important than an another? You've forgotten what the American experiment strives to achieve.

Rest assured, I have not. And as long as one person remembers that, America lives.
Please list the socialist democracies.

A concentration camp doesn't have to be a death camp. What a ridiculous argument.

It's a concentration camp. We concentrate people and hold them against their will for long periods of time in sub-par, crowded conditions. They can be released, either to their nations of origin or into the United States until they await trial, but that's not the choice the government is making.

We separate children from parents. We lose track of them. Some die.

America is running concentration camps.

What? I know you're smarter than that...by a long shot. I know you can search "democratic socialist nations" and see for yourself (one right north of us, others across the pond).

Socialism is an economic ideology. Democracy is a political one. They can (and do) co-exist successfully. And yes, in other states, they don't.

It's not like America itself has no socialist elements to it.

These people could have avoided the entire situation. They chose not to. They chose to break our laws. Try entering Mexico illegally and see where that gets you.

I'm fully aware of the socialist programs in America.

The two seem to be contradictory. One is government control. The other has elected representatives of the people.

Trip, Trip, Trip. You have missed the fucking point. A concentration camp has a specific meaning post WW2. You say concentration camp in 2019 and the implication is to associate something with Nazi Germany. C'mon man, you can't be that ignorant. You're so biased that you have lost all critical thinking and objectivity.

And please, tell me more how Jews, Catholics, Gyspys, homosexuals, POWs and other dissidents weren't killed in concentration camps because they weren't in an extermination camps by our definition. I'm sure all those families of people who died in labor camps and concentration camps will feel better about their murdered relatives fates.

Don't pervert history this way. It's beneath you.

Yes, post WW2 the term is associated with the Holocaust. Kinda how the swastika is not associated with Native American tribes or the countless other civilizations that used it. You see a swastika in 2019 and you immediately think of Nazis Germany.

You're just being obtuse. That's exactly why the term is used and you know it.
