Would those be the same people who are cowering in their houses right now?
Some of them of course but not cowering. They’re not whining about it either.
Some are nurses, one of whom works the Covid Unit. Total badass who’s mindful but not afraid of shit. Also have a friend involved in several vaccine trials right now. Again, not afraid, just cautious and clinical.
Well there are always outliers but collectively, America has become a bunch of pussies afraid of their own shadow.

I’d say roughly 50% of America is rational humans willing to meet a threat and win.
“Sure, Mr. Roosevelt, we could use more tanks and go fight the fascists, but those tanks are just so damn expensive and Europe is way the hell over there!”

Yeah, we have the monopoly on morons and folks who won't do the right thing. No meth in Iowa. No looters in Louisiana. No narcissists in California. No extremists in Idaho.

ECB just has a higher percentage.
Of assholes... yes. "rational humans willing to meet a threat and win".... I'd say the left coast has us beat in lacking that.
If you make that point after I’ve just been on Facebook I might agree.
The amount of stupidity is mind boggling.
Which is why I don't use Facebook as an example of the general attitudes or thoughts of people in America.
I use it to buy and sell merchandise, read a few book groups with gun problems post's, and keep up to date in what old vehicles are going for and surf the 'vette pages for information on a potential future purchase (debating buying C7 GS).

Even if there was a threat the Liquor Control Board could revoke your license?
tougher call. you'd have to hope you got the support of powerful people like the salon lady in Texas.
In Washington, doing that would be even tougher.

I know lots of people who aren’t scared of their own shadow.
Would those be the same people who are cowering in their houses right now?
Fuck you asshole. So you are saying that the elderly, people with compromised immune systems, etc are "cowering in their houses"? They're trying not to get this thing.....especially from dumb asses like you that run around like nothing is happening. I don't give a fuck who you are trying to re-elect.....you sound like King Moron.

Don’t fuck with our baristas! Ask Cleets...they’re a Jamaican, Swedish hybrid who can brew your chai perfectly and braid your wife’s armpit hair at the same time.

On the bright side, the Liquor Control Board is now allowing cocktails to go for places like ours. Looking into beer cart delivery for houses on the course. I’m your Ice Cream Man...stop me when I’m passing by....

There is a bar in ND that you can still order one for the road (or to go) and they wrap it in a brown paper bag to help keep it a bit cooler.....

Very kind. I’m sure the cops have no idea what you’re drinking out of that paper bag.

Used to be a bottle shop in Fargo with a drive-thru window. I think it was called Broncos, on University, just south of Main. Not sure if it's still there.

We were going to play in the University of Wyoming Cowboy Invitational my senior year. Our coach (who also happened to be my dad) gave me the keys to the school van to go pick up some snacks and that’s how we discovered you could pull up to a drive-thru for booze in that state. High fives and then many hotel hallway putting bets ensued that evening in Laramie.

That one isn't, but I think there is a drive-thru one in West Fargo that is still open.

West Fargo was known for it's gentlemen's clubs, when i was in school. Now it's a booming suburb.
