I listened in on NPR while in the car. I try not to listen to Presidents speak anymore, it's just painful listening to politicians try to answer questions. This one was no different - Biden sounded like a soon to be octogenarian who was having difficulty keeping up with the conversation in the room and not always able to remember the canned answer he was supposed to give. You'd think they could let him use a teleprompter after each question so that the folks in the back room could clearly communicate what the answer should be. All I got from this was that this is bad, really bad, and no one's really in charge anymore. I'm sure our allies were more than comforted with this next try to make everything okay.

The problem isn't Gen. Milley, per se. It's Biden. If Biden is going to overrule the brass here...he's going to do it again with a new set of advisors and generals. So...before kicking them to the curb let's find the REAL problem...and something tells me it's not solely on the military and Intel communities...their CiC is ordering bad decisions.
