It's over folks. US intelligence is now "leaking" grim assessments. All you who supported the neocons in picking a fight with Russia by using Ukrainian boys as fodder, need to reassess your sources. You got played big time.

The Khanate of the Uber Macho Putin Horde will sack Kiev by Christmas and eliminate the Ukrainian language and people by Easter (May 5, 2024).GannonFan wrote: ↑Fri Aug 18, 2023 1:38 pmSo does Kiev get sacked before Christmas? They'll roll through the Teutonic states by the end of 2024 and Poland by mid 2025. By the end of 2025 they will be approaching Vienna like the great General Subutai. By 2030, we'll all be speaking Russian.

That was never the plan. It was only after Kiev ordered the increased bombing and plans for an invasion of the Donbass (Dec 16, 2021), did Putin recognize them as autonomous eight days later.
Up until that point, Kiev and the US were paying paramilitary to kills the citizens of the Donbass. Russia never intervened.
There's a reason a majority in France and Germany blame the war on the US.

When Putin says so. Zelensky came to the table over a year ago to negotiate, but was told by the US and UK to back away, so he did. Now we see what that got him, hundreds of thousands of young men killed and the loss of any sort of negotiating ability.houndawg wrote: ↑Sat Aug 19, 2023 6:29 amSo when will the new regime be installed?SeattleGriz wrote: ↑Sat Aug 19, 2023 12:51 am

And here is the bio of the guy writing the article. Most importantly, he was in charge of "rehabilitating" the Ukrainian military in 2014, so he knows quite a bit about what is going on over there, especially the paramilitary.
Jacques Baud is a former colonel of the General Staff, ex-member of the Swiss strategic intelligence, specialist on Eastern countries. He was trained in the American and British intelligence services. He has served as Policy Chief for United Nations Peace Operations. As a UN expert on rule of law and security institutions, he designed and led the first multidimensional UN intelligence unit in the Sudan. He has worked for the African Union and was for 5 years responsible for the fight, at NATO, against the proliferation of small arms. He was involved in discussions with the highest Russian military and intelligence officials just after the fall of the USSR. Within NATO, he followed the 2014 Ukrainian crisis and later participated in programs to assist the Ukraine. He is the author of several books on intelligence, war and terrorism, in particular Le Détournement published by SIGEST and Gouverner par les fake news, L’affaire Navalny. His latest book, Poutine, maître du jeu?, is published by Max Milo.

It’s a massive oversimplification and tells me he’s biased and whatever follows is likely to advance his agenda.A bit like if putschists decided that French and Italian would no longer be official languages in Switzerland.
