Where's the evidence?SeattleGriz wrote: ↑Sat Oct 14, 2023 9:28 pmWell, the fact you don't do ANY homework and simply repeat the narrative, here it goes.
For example, in the fraud case in NY, the law states four factors must be met. They have tortured law to only require one factor to invoke fraud.
In the second, classified documents between a former POTUS and NARA is resolved below felonies, but you keep repeating Maddow level shit.
Ivynatti republican. When was your last cruise with Bill Kristol?
Provide some links to reputable legal scholars criticizing the NY case for only meeting one of four required factors.
Regardless of that and as I've stated before, I agree with Ganny that the NY fraud case is the weakest of those trump is facing.
For the return of classified documents, has a POTUS (or VPOTUS) ever gone to the lengths that trump went to to obstruct the return of those documents? MAGAt yahoos keep wanting to compare trump keeping documents to Biden and others keeping documents but did anyone else refuse to return them until they were served with a warrant? The tinfoil level shit is believing that what trump did is comparable to what Biden and others did.
What about the indictments over trump's attempts to overturn an election and stop the Constitutional transfer of power?
