My guess is that that's because trump has so normalized he (and MAQA yahoos) spewing conspiracy bullshit and it happens so frequently that it's exhausting to call them out on it. I think that's intentional on their part - spread conspiracy bullshit that favors you as much as possible and cry like a pussy when the same tactic is used against you.
