Also, how fucked up woud it be if some states abortion was considered murder and in others it was legal (with restrictions). Somone living in northern Virginia would face a murder trial for having an abortion. Someone living 30 miles away in Maryland could visit their local pharmacy for morning after pills and have an abortion once a month with no repercussions. Would be a strange country to live in.
