But, I would assume the two countries we're fighting. I mean, didn't we go to war to topple the existing governments and install new ones? Sure, it's a moot point now (thanks to Congress' lack of action and leadership running up to the "wars.")
The problem (with both the Bushies and Obaministas) is that this "war" was started to battle "terrorism"...so there is no country to declare war on...
It then shifted (forgetting the debacle that is Iraq for just a moment) to a war on radical islam...so, define radical...because in your and my mind, radical may be one thing...to a devout Muslim, it may be totally different...so who are we declaring war on???
