The loser between Canada and Russia will not medal. It should be a great game tonight with a lot of drama. Both contries consider themselves to be the worlds best hockey power, the idea that at least one wil not medal is amazing.

I gotta admit I'm pulling for Russia. It's tough to beat the same team twice. I want Canada gone.

I agree, although I think there is a good chance that the winner of this game will lose to Sweden. It's also not a lock that the US beats either Switzerland (Hiller in goal gives them a chance) or Finland. The tourney is wide open at this point.

You learn something new every day. I never knew that a player has to leave the ice immediately if they lose a helmet in olympic hockey. A Swiss defender just lost his helmet deep in their own zone and had to skate off, essentially giving the US a 10 second power play.
