Michael Owen led United to a last second 4-3 win against City.

United led by a goal 4 times only to see City tie the match three times including in the 93rd minute before Owen scored the game winner in the 96th minute.

speaking of the manchester derby - interesting find by the guardian - when ManUre is trailing they average almost DOUBLE the stoppage time of games where they are leading...

Doesn't surprise me...I've watched alot of soccer and seen alot of matches with more legit injury stoppages/foul calls/penalty calls, but NONE I have ever seen have ever gone as far as the 96th minute....

Michael Owen scored the winning goal five-and-a-half minutes into injury-time, with the referee initially having indicated four more minutes would be played..WTF?

If you watched the EPL review show on FSC they explained it.
The time they show is the minimum amount allowed;

City scored at 89:58, after the four minutes where shown. Bellamy celebrated his goal for :55 (94:55).
A substitute was brought on it ook :30 (95:25).
Owen scored (95:20)

It is legit that United get more time, I can buy that. This match however, was called correctly.

English Football League will Replace Coke With NPower

Paul Maidment is Editor, Forbes Media

Step down a rung from the English Premier League and you tumble down the money ladder. The Football League, home to the 72 soccer clubs that compete in the three leagues immediately below the EPL, has signed a new naming rights sponsorship with npower, the U.K. arm of the German-based utility RWE.

Very true. They were in first for most the season, though only one point shy of second at this point.

CONGRATS TO NOTTS COUNTY FC FOR WINNING LEAGUE 2
and promotion to league 1

Notts County secured the League Two title following a convincing 5-0 win at relegated Darlington. The Magpies took the lead in the 33rd minute when Delroy Facey found Johnnie Jackson 12 yards out and his tame shot somehow went in under Darlington goalkeeper Nick Liversedge.
