Best and worse FCS college towns?

Boone's got all of blueball's criteria... except good weather is relative. I'd rather have a Boone winter than a Statesboro summer... but, I'm sure some people are different (wrong, but different ).

What makes a good college town? Good bars within walking- eerrrrrr stumbling- distance to campus, good weather, decent cheap restaurants, and loads of pussy.
Now what FCS college towns fit that bill??????????

expand - Looks like a great place to live! How's the beer culture? Any good breweries? I know obviously there's a good wine culture, but how's the beer?

Probably the best brewery right now in the city would be Central Coast Brewing, on Monterey Street.


Creekside Brewing I haven't tried, but they have a nice seating area overlooking San Luis Creek.


Downtown Brew (formerly SLO Brew) is well known spot.

I do have to say I love seeing pics of App St. Always loved the mountains.
