Best Performance: (#1) Northern Iowa 42, (#17) Western Illinois 3 - Eric Sanders only had to throw 8 passes as the Panther ground game decimates the Leathernecks.
Worst Performance: Indiana St. 7, (FBS) Western Kentucky 56 - Oddly enough, the Sycamores are the only FCS team to host an FBS team this year.
Most Surprising Result: Illinois St. 27, (#12) Youngstown St. 22 - Redbird QB Luke Drone definitely outplayed Penguin QB Tom Zetts in this one.

Though I haven't seen any of their games, there appear to be 2 reasons:
1. Their "Black Hole" defense has underperformed.
2. They have no passing game whatsoever; they start a Freshman QB & have little experience at receiver.
