Parents shouldn't decide the art history curriculum. If they don't want their kids to take art history - that's fine. Don't think it's a required class. But, an art history class might have depictions of a penis, or Jesus suckling from Mary's teat, or Mary not entirely enjoying motherhood. Because a lot of great art depicts these things.

I know that I could be wrong and I'm not afraid to post things that I find interesting, informative, funny, or more importantly in this context might contradict an earlier post or position.
